Delivery

Free within the United States on every order.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within two to ten business days of being placed. Most leave sooner than that, but ten is the figure we stand behind rather than the one we hope for.

Once it has left, delivery is normally a further two to five business days depending on where you are.

Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally and we cannot send to a freight forwarder.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel has not arrived within fifteen business days of your order, email support@bloodbalanceonline.com and we will either re-send it or refund it. You choose which.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. If you did not receive one, check the address on your order and then email us.
